This group offers the ladies of the Newman Center the opportunity to experience faith through service and sorority.

Community Service

In an effort to give back to the DC community, we give students many opportunities to serve those in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Liturgical Ministries

We are always looking for lectors, servers, Eucharistic ministers, singers and instrumentalists for our Masses.

Mount Vernon Campus Ministry

Sunday Mass and other special events for students living on Mount Vernon.

Knights of Columbus

With councils worldwide, the Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic fraternal organization. Our council here is part of the college council program.

Social Events

The Newman Center offers a variety of social events each month for students to come together and have a great time.

RCIA

We hold weekly classes for those who wish to become Catholic, be confirmed, or simply go deeper into their faith.

Tuesday Dinners

Each Tuesday at the Newman Center, we serve a free home-cooked meal to everyone who comes.
